Additional Chief Secretary (Development) Ghulam Sarwar Khero explained the snags that were hinder implementation of the projects and said that P&D dept was trying its best to deal with the factors that usually caused delays.
The chief minister stressed the need for proper and judicious utilisation of funds and issued directives for meeting the urgent needs of the newly created districts. These districts needed immediate assistance to improve health and education sectors, he added.
The chief minister issued orders for speedy implementation of all schemes relating to roads, potable water supply and sewerage.
He directed concerned officers for the establishment of infrastructure and schemes for the Institute of Business Administration at Mirpur Khas. Concerned officers attended the meeting.
